Eudora is a popular email application that will handle all your email needs. Eudora has three licensing options: Sponsored mode, Paid mode and Light mode. This single download can be set up in any one of these modes.

In Sponsored mode, Eudora displays ads. It's fairly discreet and means you get the full power of Eudora for free. After a trial period, Eudora will ask you to profile yourself to continue to use the full free version, enabling it to display ads more relevant to your interests.

In Paid mode, Eudora does not display ads and you get the full power of Eudora, but you do have to pay.

In Light mode, Eudora has many fewer features, but is free of charge and without ads.

New features in this version include: Eudora Sharing Protocol (ESP) allows users automatically to sync files so family, friends and co-workers remain up to date; MoodWatch warns users about flame content in outgoing and incoming emails; Email Usage Stats offers interesting insights; easy import from other common email clients. There have also been numerous bug fixes and enhancements since version 5.0.

Mail Essentials for Exchange from GFI is one of the first products to offer a server-based PGP encryption solution that allows users to send and receive automatically encoded/decoded messages. Apart from content checking and quarantining, it includes advanced anti-spam measures, antivirus features, company-wide disclaimers, autoreplies, tracking numbers, compression of all outbound mail, the compilation of reports on email use, transparent operation for the user and administrator, and archiving of all incoming and outgoing mail to an OBDC database.

As well as more configuration features and improved performance, this version allows dangerous or offensive attachments and content, such as Word macros and HTML scripts, to be removed/reviewed before they reach your mail server.

This program scans your pop3 email accounts for spams and deletes them directly from the server. Just fill in the details of your email accounts and the interval you want the program to check the accounts. SpamSlayer comes with a default spammer list of more than 200 spammers.
